Is This For You?

  • You have a small budget and want to fix your air quality yourself.

Perfect. This course shows you exactly what to buy (and what to skip) so you don't waste money like I did.

  • You tried improving your air before but it didn't work

Let me guess - you bought a HEPA filter, opened some windows, maybe hired someone. Still feel like crap? There's a reason for that.

  • You're dealing with symptoms you suspect are related to your home.

Eczema, allergies, brain fog, digestive issues. If your home is making you sick, you need to know how to fix it—and this course will show you how.

If any of these sound familiar, this course is for you.

Who Am I?

I'm a translational scientist working in the medical field. A few years back, mold exposure hit me hard:• Lost 35 pounds from gut issues
• Eczema so severe I couldn't sleep
• Constant sneezing and allergies
• Daily brain fog that made work
nearly impossible
As a scientist, I did what scientists do: researched obsessively and tested everything.

I've personally evaluated over 40 air purifiers, 15 monitors, and countless cleaning products. Most of them failed. Some made things worse. A handful actually worked.

I gained the weight back, my eczema cleared up, and I can breathe freely now. This course shares what actually worked.

What's In The Course

  • Day 1: 8 Air Quality Terms You Need To Know

  • The foundation—ventilation, filtration, VOCs, PM2.5, CO2, dew point, and why understanding these prevents expensive mistakes.

  • Day 2: 5 Mistakes Most DIY Renegades Make

  • The humidity mistake that made my eczema worse. Why expensive HEPA filters often underperform. How to actually size an air purifier. When to stop ventilating.

  • Day 3: Home Audit Blueprint

  • My step-by-step walkthrough for evaluating any home—the same process I used when traveling across the country and staying in 8 different Airbnbs in 8 days.

  • Day 4: 2 Simple Upgrades That Accelerate Results

  • The microfiber cleaning protocol that reduced my symptoms dramatically within 2 weeks. Source control strategies that actually work.

  • Day 5: 4 Best Practices Moving Forward

  • How to maintain healthy air without obsessing. What to monitor, filter change schedules, seasonal adjustments, staying sane.

  • Day 6: My 5-Question Framework For Evaluating Any Product

  • How to evaluate any air quality product yourself—so you can make smart decisions even for products I haven't tested.

  • Day 7: The Missing Piece (Healing Mindset)

  • Why your nervous system might be keeping you sick even in a clean environment, and what to do about it.

  • Plus three follow-up emails with my specific product recommendations and discount codes for the equipment I actually use.

The Three Big Mistakes

Mistake #1:Ignoring humidityMost people focus on filtration and completely miss humidity control. When indoor dew point exceeds 60°F for 2+ weeks, you create perfect conditions for mold growth. I made this mistake myself - ventilated aggressively without monitoring humidity, created mold growth, made my eczema worse.

Mistake #2:Wrong type of filterThis one cost me $2,000. I bought three expensive "HEPA" air purifiers thinking they'd solve everything. My symptoms got worse. Why? HEPA filters have such high resistance that many units barely push any air through them. Low CADR = ineffective cleaning, regardless of filter efficiency.

Mistake #3:Trusting manufacturer claims"Covers rooms up to 500 sq ft" means nothing. It's not standardized. You need to calculate coverage based on CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate), not marketing claims. I'll show you exactly how to do this.

Common Questions:

Is this really free?Yes. I recommend specific products with discount codes (and earn a small commission if you purchase), but there's no obligation to buy anything.Do I need expensive equipment? Some equipment is necessary - you can't breathe well without filtration and ventilation. But I show you DIY alternatives for almost everything. My DIY Corsi-Rosenthal Box costs under $300 and outperforms many $1000+ HEPA purifiers. What if I'm renting? Many strategies work in rentals - portable purifiers, cleaning protocols, source control. I also have a DIY ERV guide specifically for people who can't modify ductwork.I've tried everything and nothing works. Why would this be different? You've probably been trying the wrong things. Most people waste money on expensive HEPA filters with terrible CADR, ignore humidity completely, or use particle filters when they need gas removal. This course teaches you what actually works based on testing, not marketing. What if I have severe CIRS or environmental sensitivities? This course is designed with CIRS sufferers in mind - I have CIRS myself and every recommendation is tested against my hypersensitive system. That said, I'm not a doctor and can't give medical advice. Is this just a product promotion course?First and foremost this course covers the essentials you need to know about creating a healthy indoor environment. At some point you will need to buy products to achieve this. I share a number of DIY solutions and recommend products that I've personally chosen and use myself. I'm not being paid to recommend them (but I do share some affiliate links).

Every day you wait is another day
